I have spent 2 hours of my morning in banks, being told in each different bank why their mortgage program is better than all the rests. Damn them.
For those of you who don’t know it, we are in the process of taking a mortgage for 25 years. THIS IS TOO LONG.
We are going to be paying money for ever.

Great. If I take a 150 years mortgage, I will live till my 180? (I am 29 already)!!!
